(Girls / boys aged 17 and under)

Practice Round: wednesday 4th October ( 6am onwards till 3pm)

Registration: Wednesday 4th October (930am till 12 noon)

Draw will be posted by 5pm.

Round 1: Thursday 5th October (Morning)
Round 2: Friday 6th October (Morning)

A&B Category boys will not have caddies.

Outside caddies will be allowed in Categories C,D,E and AB girls at extra charge by the club.

No parent caddies are allowed.

Last date for entry is 29th September 2017. Entries are on first come first served basis and may close earlier once event capacity is reached. Online Paid up entries will get preference.

Entry fee of Rs 1800 & Tour registration of Rs 2500 from those who haven't registered earlier already. (GST @18% extra) will be taken on the day of registration a day prior to event as per age category by timings indicated above.

*NOTICE REGARDING PAYMENT OF EVENT ENTRY FEES:*

Event entries are on *first come first served basis* and will close on the given last date or earlier as and when event capacity is reached.

To facilitate online payment we are offering details for online bank transfer of fees (NEFT) for the event as an option.

We will continue to accept cash at venue on the practice round & registration day by 12 noon as before.

You may deposit fees online via (NEFT/IMPS).

Amount Rs 1800 plus 18% gst per event. (You may make deposits for all 3 or 2 or 1 at a time).

Example:
1 event - 1800+18%=2124

Please carry the ref no. for the transaction when you come to the venue and we will match it with our bank receipt statement excel sheet which will be there at the registration desk. This is mandatory and registration will have to be completed by showing bank transfer ref no. by 12 noon for name to be put in the draw for next days play.

It is mandatory to submit a copy of handicap (NHS) at registration for our records. Handicap certificates of coaches will not be accepted.

For those who do not have a NHS - please visit http://www.igunhs.com/
and purchase a 1year or 3 year junior subscription of the same. You will recieve a GHIN ID, which is mandatory for submission for your entry to be accepted.
